It reads your code and your live pages the way ChatGPT’s crawler does, then tells your AI coding tool exactly what to fix and which pages to write, so assistants can read, quote and recommend you. No SEO background needed. Katman is an MCP server that works inside your AI coding tool. It is not an SEO agency or a rank tracker, and it doesn’t buy links or post on Reddit for you. The sample site in our [case study](https://katman.pro/case-studies/sample-site-first-7-days) is our own product, an AI-powered consumer web app; we don’t name it or its category, but we always say that it’s ours. ## What we measure on ourselves, and publish - **katman.pro is not recommended yet.** In September 2026, we asked the assistants 20 questions in our own category. katman.pro was named in 0 of 20 answers; Profound was named 19 times, and Peec AI and Otterly.AI 16 times each (own measurement). We’re fixing it in public, with the same method we sell. - **Our links are weak.** On 29 September 2026, Search Console showed 3 external links to katman.pro from 2 sites. - **Cloudflare blocked AI bots on our own site twice**, on 30 August and 29 September 2026. If the evidence is small, we say so. - Our own measurements are marked “own measurement”; other people’s research is marked “third-party study” and linked. - Facts about competitors come only from their own pages, with the date we checked them. - No ranking guarantees. Nobody can promise a place in an AI answer, and we won’t either. - No invented customers, testimonials, logos or user counts.
