Before any payment you ask for immediate access and give up the 14-day cancellation right, so there are no refunds except where the law requires one. You pay your own OpenRouter costs, and we don’t guarantee rankings, recommendations or traffic. ## Who we are katman.pro and Katman are provided by Rnify Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16749515, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). “We” and “us” mean Rnify Limited. Contact: [hello@katman.pro](mailto:hello@katman.pro). ## What these terms cover - the katman.pro website, its public guides and the free [AI crawler checker](https://katman.pro/tools/ai-crawler-checker); - Katman accounts; - **Katman Pro:** a monthly subscription, in two sizes (1 site or 3 sites), to every Katman MCP tool, the full course and an invite to the private community; - **the Katman PDFs:** the Katman book and the 30-day GEO workbook, each sold once, each with its English and Turkish editions; - the Katman MCP server (`katman-mcp`), which runs the tools; - **earlier plans** (Audit Week, and Katman Pro at $29 a month or $290 a year), which are no longer sold. Katman is software. We don’t sell consulting or do the work on your site. Apart from the public guides and the checker, nothing on katman.pro is free. ## Your account - You must be at least 16 to create an account or buy anything from us. - Sign-in works with single-use links sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox; whoever can read it can sign in. - If you buy a PDF without an account, we create one from the email address you give at checkout and send you a sign-in link; your files are under Downloads. - An account is for one person. Keep your Katman keys secret: anything done with a key counts as done by you. Revoke a key in your account as soon as you think it has leaked. - You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it revokes your keys and ends access to what you bought. It doesn’t cancel a subscription at Stripe: cancel a renewing subscription in Billing first, and the delete step asks you to confirm that you have. What happens to your data is in the [privacy policy](https://katman.pro/privacy#deleting-your-account). - We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, share or resell keys, try to get around the licence check or break the law. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and explain why. ## Earlier plans Audit Week and Katman Pro at $29 a month or $290 a year are no longer sold. Accounts that bought them keep what they bought. - **Audit Week.** A one-time payment of $3 for 7 days of the audit and recommendation tools: `katman_start`, `katman_research`, `katman_scan_code`, `katman_audit_site`, `katman_keywords`, `katman_plan`, `katman_lint_content`, `katman_visibility_run`, `katman_manual_check` and `katman_report`. It finds what’s wrong and tells you what to do; building pages and writing files is Katman Pro. It doesn’t include `katman_prompt` (the P0–P14 prompts), `katman_page_brief`, `katman_generate`, `katman_indexnow`, `katman_setup_monitoring`, `katman_sync`, the course, the community and the PDFs. The 7 days start when the payment goes through. Audit Week doesn’t renew and turns into nothing else by itself; when it ends, the tools stop and explain how to get Katman Pro. - **Katman Pro at $29 a month or $290 a year.** It keeps the founding price for as long as the subscription stays active, and includes what Katman Pro includes (see below). - Everything Katman wrote to your project’s `.katman/` folder stays on your computer. ## Katman Pro subscriptions - **What it includes.** Every Katman MCP tool, the full course and an invite to the private community. The PDFs are not included; they’re sold separately. - **Plans and prices.** Katman Pro comes in two sizes, each a monthly subscription: **Katman Pro, 1 site** costs $49 a month and **Katman Pro, 3 sites** costs $88 a month. Prices are in US dollars and are the full price: Rnify Limited isn’t registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. There are no discount codes. The current prices are on the [pricing page](https://katman.pro/pricing). - **Limits.** Katman Pro, 1 site includes 1 site and 5 audits a month; Katman Pro, 3 sites includes 3 sites and 30 audits a month. An audit is one run of `katman_audit_site` (or the CLI `audit`) on a live site. Sites and audits are counted per calendar month (UTC): a site is a domain you audited that month. Re-reading earlier results, the other tools and visibility runs are not counted. - **Payment.** Stripe, our payment processor, takes the payment and stores your card; we never see the full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month until you cancel (earlier yearly subscriptions renew each year). - **Cancelling.** Cancel at any time in the customer portal (Billing in your account). Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and doesn’t renew. We don’t give refunds, including for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires one; see below. - **Failed payments.** If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the card and Pro keeps working for up to 14 days. If the payment still fails, Pro stops until a payment goes through. - **Price changes.** A new price applies from your first renewal at least 30 days after we email you about it, and you can cancel before then. Founding prices (the earlier $29 a month and $290 a year) don’t change while the subscription stays active. - **Reminders and cancelling.** We follow the rules for subscription contracts as they apply to us, including renewal reminders and an easy way to cancel online. ## The Katman PDFs - **What you buy.** The Katman book, the 30-day GEO workbook, or both together (the PDF course). Until the end of 31 October 2026 (UK time) the launch prices apply: $14, $14 and $20. From 1 November 2026 the prices are $119, $119 and $199. You pay the price shown at checkout. Each purchase is a one-time payment and includes the English and the Turkish edition. Prices are the full price; no VAT is added. - **Access.** Lifetime access for your account: the files are under Downloads, and you can download them again. You don’t need an account before you buy. - **Licence.** The PDFs are digital content under a personal licence: you may read, print and keep them for your own use. Don’t share, publish, redistribute or resell them, in whole or in part, and don’t upload them to other sites or tools. ## Your right to cancel as a consumer If you’re a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel a contract made online. Katman Pro and the PDFs (and Audit Week, which is no longer sold) start as soon as you pay, so checkout first asks you to tick a box: you ask for immediate access or download and acknowledge that you give up the 14-day cancellation right. We record the time you ticked it with your Stripe checkout. For digital content, such as the tools, the course and the PDFs, the right ends as soon as access or the download starts (regulation 37). Where the law treats part of what you bought as a service, the rules for services apply to that part instead: the right to cancel it ends once the service has been fully performed, and if you cancel it within the 14 days you pay for what was supplied until then (regulation 36). We don’t give refunds, except where the law requires one. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content or services under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply, and nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you. ## The Katman MCP server - **Licence.** `katman-mcp` is proprietary software. Its licence is the LICENSE file in the npm package: you may install and run it for your own projects, and these terms apply to the paid features. - **Keys.** Every tool except `katman_account` needs a valid Katman key from Katman Pro. Don’t share keys, remove or bypass the licence check, or resell access. - **It runs on your computer.** Your AI coding tool decides which commands to run and which files to change, under that tool’s own approval settings. Review changes before you deploy them. - **What it sends to us.** It checks your key with katman.pro at most once a day; for Katman Pro it reports the domain of each audit, so audits and sites can be counted per month; `katman_sync` sends aggregate project numbers when you call it. Details are in the [privacy policy](https://katman.pro/privacy) and on [Permissions](https://katman.pro/docs/permissions). - **Third-party services.** Visibility runs call OpenRouter with your own key; audits fetch your own site; keyword research calls Google’s autocomplete; IndexNow submissions go to api.indexnow.org. Those services’ terms apply to your use of them, and their costs are yours. Katman shows a cost estimate before a visibility run and stops at the limit you set, but the final bill comes from OpenRouter. - **Consumer chat apps.** Katman doesn’t automate ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or other consumer apps, whose terms forbid automated extraction. Don’t modify it to do so. ## Using the website and the checker - Use the checker only on sites you own or have permission to test. It sends a small number of requests to the URL you enter, using AI crawler user agents. - Don’t use the site or the checker to overload, probe or attack other people’s systems. We limit the number of checks and may block abusive use. - Results show what we saw at that moment. Your CDN, firewall or host may treat real crawlers differently, because some of them are verified by IP address. ## The course and the community - The course is part of Katman Pro. A Pro subscription is for one person, and the course is for your own use; team members each need their own subscription. Don’t publish, resell or share the lessons. - The private community runs on Skool, under Skool’s terms. Be helpful, say when you’re affiliated with something you recommend, and don’t spam or sell. We may remove anyone who doesn’t. ## Your content and data Your code, your site and your `.katman/` files are yours. By syncing a project, you let us store and show the aggregates it contains in your account; we use them only to provide the service. How we handle personal data is in the [privacy policy](https://katman.pro/privacy). ## No guarantees AI assistants and search engines are run by other companies, and their answers change between sessions, accounts and days. We don’t guarantee any ranking, recommendation, citation, amount of traffic or revenue. A visibility run is a small sample of answers, not a rank. The content on katman.pro, in the course and in the books is general information, not legal or financial advice. ## Our content The text, code and design of katman.pro, the course and the books belong to Rnify Limited or its licensors. Competitors’ names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe and compare products. ## Liability Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn’t exclude or limit any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to exclude or limit. If you’re a consumer, you also keep your statutory rights. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms. We announce material changes by email to account holders before they apply, and the date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, you can cancel before it applies. ## Law and courts These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer who lives outside England and Wales, you keep any mandatory protections that the law of your country gives you. The law of England and Wales, because Rnify Limited is registered there.
