The way to reach us is email: hello@katman.pro. Include your site’s URL and what you asked or saw; for Katman errors, add the version, your editor and the full error text, but never an API key.
There’s no contact form. A plain email reaches a person, and you keep a copy of what you sent.

Never send API keys, passwords, .env files or other secrets. We will never ask for them.
Many Katman problems have a known fix: check Troubleshooting first.
Security reports
Put “Security” in the subject line and describe the steps to reproduce the issue. Please give us a chance to fix it before you publish anything.
Community and course
The private community and the course are part of Katman Pro; the book and the workbook are sold separately. Writing to us doesn’t add you to any list.

What should I send if Katman shows an error?
The katman-mcp version, your editor and operating system, the tool you called and the full error text. Never include your OpenRouter key or an .env file.
Can you do the work on my site for me?
No. Katman is software: your AI coding tool makes the changes, and Katman gives it the tasks and checks them. Katman Pro includes the tools that find what's wrong and tell you what to do, and the tools that write pages and files. Details are on the pricing page.
I found a mistake on your site. How do I report it?
Email the page URL and the source that shows the correct fact. We fix factual errors and update the page’s date.
How do I report a security issue?
Email hello@katman.pro with “Security” in the subject and the steps to reproduce, and please don’t publish it before we’ve had a chance to fix it.
Will writing to you put me on a mailing list?
No. Writing to us doesn’t add you to any list. Account emails go only to account holders, and each has a one-click unsubscribe.
