This policy explains how katman.pro ("katman") processes data on its website and audit tool. Data controller: katman, operating via katman.pro. Questions: use the contact page.

Data we collect

Audit requests: the domain you audit and the technical findings produced. The audit reads only publicly accessible pages; it never logs in, signs up or submits forms.

Contact data: the email address (and optionally name, company, message) you leave in forms, used solely to respond to you.

Technical logs: request time and standard infrastructure logs from our provider (Cloudflare) for security and abuse prevention.

Purpose

Producing audit reports, answering your requests, running pilot/workspace processes, keeping the service secure. We do not build advertising profiles, sell data or start marketing communication without consent.

Third parties

Infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare (Workers, KV). Your data is not shared with any other third party.

Retention

Audit records are kept at most 24 months, then deleted. Contact data is kept at most 24 months after the relationship ends; deletion requests are prioritized.

Your rights (GDPR/KVKK)

You can access, correct, delete and object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent. Use the contact form; we respond within 30 days.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the update date above.
