1. The service

katman provides technical audits, observation protocols and job recommendations about your website's visibility in AI answer engines. The free audit is provided "as is"; paid pilot scope is defined on the pricing page and in an agreed offer.

2. No ranking guarantee — important

katman does not guarantee any ranking, citation or visibility in any answer engine (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity etc.). Model answers vary by time, country and provider. The product delivers dated observations, technical audits, evidence-based job lists and execution support; outputs are not professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

You don't need to own a domain to audit it; the audit reads only public pages anyway. You may not hammer the service with automated bulk requests, reverse-engineer it or attempt access on behalf of others. You may use reports internally; reselling katman brand or reports requires written permission.

4. Billing

Paid services are billed monthly; renewal decisions stay with the customer each period. Prices exclude VAT. Service may be suspended for delayed payments.

5. Intellectual property

Data about your site and reports produced for you belong to you. katman's methodology, software and brand assets belong to katman. Anonymized examples are used only with your written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

katman is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. For paid services, liability is limited to the amount paid for the period in question. No commitment to uninterrupted or error-free service.

These terms take effect when you use the site; updates are published on this page.
